Terri Stivarius
PointerWise Chief Investigator and Coach, Terri Stivarius, walks her talk. After many years of tending to a successful, national practice as an employment law litigator, counselor, and trainer, she spent several more years serving in HR and Legal Executive roles. Having worked with great leaders and teams, her passion for making the workplace a better experience for everyone—from the front-line employee to executive leadership—grew into a consulting practice.
Her superpower is helping leaders “get it right,” specializing in finding the “cure” for workplace dysfunction, unproductive team dynamics, and ineffective leadership.
As a certified Working Genius™ facilitator and The Five Behaviors® authorized partner, she has received hands-on training from the Table Group and Wiley, the firms responsible for launching these profoundly impactful individual, team, and leadership development models. She is equipped with the tools and resources to help people leverage the Working Genius™ and The Five Behaviors® models within their teams and organizations.
Andi Farrant
Andi Farrant is a certified HR Professional with 10 years of experience across the Healthcare and Technology industries. After graduating from the University of Georgia with a Psychology degree in 2011, she pursued several positions within various Human Resource organizations including most recently a Director of People Operations position at a healthcare startup. She helped co-found PointerWise in 2021 with a focus on holistic organizational health and is passionate about bringing “joy” back to the workplace for employees.
